Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

SERVICE STATUS: Orders are processing normally at this time, and all items are in stock and shipping as usual.

Order processing time is 1 business day. Processing times may be extended during holidays, new product launches/re-stocks, and promotions.

The shipping method used to ship orders is UPS or USPS First Class Parcel.

Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available to qualifying Canadian orders over $70. Taxes, shipping and other charges do not apply to minimum purchase requirement. Occasionally Conceive Plus offers shipping promotions, promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up to the Conceive Plus newsletter.

Shipping Delays and Customs

We are not responsible for deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or charges once the package has left the United States.  If you are unhappy with the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping company first.

Tracking information is sent by email after orders are shipped.

Subscriptions

Don’t run out of your Conceive Plus products when trying for a baby! Here at Conceive Plus we understand how important it is to be prepared and that’s why we also offer our products on subscription.With a subscription, we’ll take care of shipping your products to you every month. A confirmation email will be sent to you each month to let you know when your order has shipped. You can add or remove products to your subscription anytime, you can cancel your subscription anytime..

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription including cancellation of your subscription. You’re in control from the MY SUBSCRIPTIONS page.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.

Undeliverable packages will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our distribution centers less a $10 administration fee.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and we ship discreetly. Orders are packaged in standard brown cartons or standard shipping company packaging with no indication of the contents. We aim to provide you with the best products and the highest level of service. Orders are bound by our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
